The Cape Town consensus charter captures the shared commitments made at the 2025 Cape Town consensus meeting to transform evidence synthesis for global impact. It outlines a strategic shift toward equity, especially leadership from the Global South, and sets out five key steps from the ESIC roadmap to guide collaborative action and infrastructure development.
