ESIC Theory of change
The ESIC Theory of Change (ToC) outlines how foundational investments in infrastructure – demand-side engagement, data sharing, responsible AI use, methods innovation, and capacity sharing – can generate coordinated outputs that lead to stronger evidence ecosystems, improved decision-making, and more equitable societal outcomes. It maps the causal pathways from inputs to impact, supported by assumptions, risks, and monitoring strategies, all aimed at achieving ESIC’s long-term vision of addressing global challenges through inclusive, evidence-informed decision making.
