Citizen leaders
The Evidence Synthesis Infrastructure Collaborative (ESIC) planning process, is a global initiative that is engaging citizens and other ‘interest holders’ in making a step-change improvement in how we learn from others around the world, to produce and use ‘evidence syntheses’ – especially ‘living’ evidence syntheses – to address societal challenges. The perspectives and insights of citizen leaders and people working in citizen-serving or citizen-led non-governmental organisations are very important.
The ESIC Citizen Leagers Group has developed an important document to engage and amplify the voice of citizens - ‘Putting evidence at the centre of everyday life for citizens - a call to action’ (see PDF on the right).
